Students: You Have a Degree; Now What?
By Natalie
I have extensive experience working with high school, undergraduate and graduate students. I have also led college recruiting programs and enjoy conducting group sessions with students.
Here’s how those fun and illuminating group sessions typically work: Likeminded students are grouped together based on interest, need and ability to support one another. I’ll guide the students through identifying what they really want, work through blocks that might be in the way of reaching goals and create a tangible plan to success. We accomplish this through a series of dynamic group exercises designed specifically for students. Additional workshop coaching might include resume preparation, interview skills, image modification and methods of applying for new jobs.
After working with Natalie
“I just graduated from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. I thought my degrees would get me in any door I wanted. When I started my job search, I found this wasn’t true. I had offers from companies I never wanted to work for, and became frustrated that I would have to take one of those jobs to survive, pay off my loans, and be miserable. After working with my coach, I learned that I could use my degree and enter the job market I really wanted to be in, prepared, excited and ready.”
